Description : On the Cambridge - Cherry Hinton - Fulbourn road. A smock mill built in 1808 and last worked in the 1930s, under continuing restoration, containing most of its original machinery. Teas and souvenirs on open days.
Octagonal tarred brick base and Smock, Copper clad dome cap, four patent sailframes, skeleton fan, internal machinery in place, three pairs of millstones, auxillary drive wheel.
Opening times : OPEN DAYS 2004 - Sunday 9 May (National Mills weekend), Saturday 12 June, Sunday 11 July, Saturday 21 August. 2-5pm. Other times by appointment.
